The former chair of the Sydenham District Hospital wants to make sure people know that even without a board, the group will continue to push the issue of health care for Wallaceburg.
At last night’s meeting it was revealed all three boards had been dissolved by the provincial government. Sheldon Parsons says that isn’t the end of things though.
“We are not going away, we are not going to disappear into the woodwork,” says Parsons. “We will continue to advocate for healthcare in our communities. If necessary we will round up the troops make sure the community is fully engaged in whatever solution come down through the process.”
Parsons says he has confidence in the process going forward.
