The North Kent 1 Environmental Review Tribunal is apparently over, before it even began.
Details are scarce, but according to the Water Wells First Facebook page there’s an agreement between Kevin Jakubec of Water Wells first and the Ministry of the Environment.
All tribunal dates have been cancelled, no more information will be released until the details on the agreement are finalized.
