Fire fighter Sidney Vilaranda with the Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services, says they’ll be selling t-shirts to support the cause.

“We’ll be selling them out of Stations 1 and 3, and at The Loft in downtown Chatham,” Vilaranda says. “We’re going to have fire fighters out at the grocery stores at the Superstore and Sobeys in Chatham this Thanksgiving weekend and every Saturday for the month of October helping to bag groceries, wearing pink shirts, raising breast cancer awareness, and raising funds for breast cancer research.”

Vilaranda says many of the members of the Chatham-Kent Professional Firefighters Association have been touched by the disease.
