Charges have been laid against a Chatham woman following an incident over the weekend.
Police say a dispute between the accused and her ex-boyfriend on Saturday turned violent as the woman allegedly attacked both the man and his new girlfriend.
The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The 48-year-old suspect fled when police were called, but was tracked down yesterday and arrested.
She’s charged with two counts of assault and was released with a future court date.
