Tonight marks Chatham-Kent’s 70th annual Rural Urban Dinner.
Put on by the Chatham-Kent Chamber of Commerce, tonight’s event features four awards: agriculturalist, 4H member, and agriculture innovator of the year, along with the Friend of Agriculture award.
As well, the evening’s guest speaker will be Nicole Vanrabaeys, a Thamesville native who recently created a documentary on the life of a farmer.
Doors open at the Bradley Centre at 5:30pm with the event itself getting underway at 6:30pm.
