Chatham-Kent is the first to get a look at the 2018 International Plowing Match Cookbook.
Made up of more than 1000 recipes contributed by Chatham-Kent residents, the cookbook retails for $15, with a portion of the proceeds going back into the community.
Co-Chair Darrin Canniff says the book is going to be a hot commodity,
“We’re expecting to do 10,000-15,000 of these to sell, so it’s a hot commodity. It amazes me, how can a cookbook be so hot? when I was there in 2016, people were always asking when they could buy it.
The cookbook is available at North Kent Mutual Insurance in Dresden, with more locations being announced in the new year. It will be for sale province wide next October.
