A local group is looking to create a more beautiful, positive community in South Wallaceburg.
Marjorie Crew says the South Wallaceburg Action Team is all about building up the community.
“It’s your community- you have the eyes and ears. It gives you a collective voice if you have a common interest that you want to work together on. A lot of beautification ideas came forward and a lot of other positive things came forward form this group. It’s pretty impressive what they want to get done and how much pride they have for their community.”
A planning meeting is being held tomorrow evening at 6:30 in the community room at Kinsmen Court, 4 Reaume Avenue.
Crew says the group is planning for a public launch later in the month.
