The date has been set for a Police Services Act hearing dealing with a local sergeant.
Robert Mugridge, who has been suspended from duty since 2014, is charged with discreditable conduct in connection to questionable financial dealings.
The hearing will take place on February 13th at the Bradley Convention Centre.
Mugridge also faces dozens of criminal fraud charges in the case.
