Officials at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance are working to increase transparency.
Supervisor Rob Devitt says the hospital’s quality improvement scorecard and financial updates are now available to the public both online and in paper form.
“All the documents related to the finances as well as the documents that are related to governance and structure are going to be put in library’s and municipal centres,” says Devitt. “So that’s 20 locations across Chatham-Kent.”
Devitt says there will also be feedback forms available to get residents’ thoughts on how the hospital is doing.
