Entegrus and St. Thomas Energy are looking for the public’s feedback on their potential merger.
Information sessions are being held in Chatham, Strathroy, and St. Thomas over the next few weeks, with the first one set for Tuesday, March 21st at the John D. Bradley Convention Centre from 6:30 – 8:30 pm.
It’s the only Chatham session with the March 23rd in Strathroy and the 30th in St. Thomas.
The merger would see St. Thomas Energy and it’s 17-thousand customers join with Entegrus, which serves 40-thousand people.
The potential agreement would have a closing date of January 1st 2018.
