The Chatham-Kent Police Service is warning of a scam making the rounds.
According to police, two people have called in regards to a company by the name of Stride Lending Group. The scammer says the company is located at 75 Thames Street in Chatham.
Turns out, police say that’s a complete fabrication.
Crime Stoppers have received tips from across Canada reporting that the group is a scam.
