A 35-year-old Chatham man is facing almost two dozen fraud related charges for allegedly using a stolen credit card.
According to police, the Murray St. resident aroused suspicion when the credit card he used was declined at the mall downtown.
Police located the suspect last night and arrested him.
He’ll be in court later this month.
