A Windsor woman is being charged twice, after being arrested two times in Chatham.
Police say the woman was arrested yesterday afternoon around 2 o’clock for an outstanding warrant. She was released two hours later with a future court date.
Minutes after, she harassed a Chatham woman, whom she was on conditions not to communicate with. Police were notified, and she was arrested again.
The 37-year-old is in custody pending a bail hearing.
