The Chatham-Kent Workforce Planning Board wants to hear from job seekers and employees. 
The Planning Board heard from employers earlier this year, and now they want to know what challenges the workforce faces.
The survey is being released today, and has questions about your education and training, if you’re working in your chosen field, and what barriers you’ve faced when looking for a job.
It’s open to anyone living in Chatham-Kent who is currently employed or looking for a job.

Results will be released in June.
