A pair of Oneida of the Thames First Nations residents will be in court today after a violent confrontation last week.  opp-268x300

Provincial Police say three people went to a home on the First Nation around 1am on May 11th to confront the residents when one of the occupants pulled a gun and drove a vehicle towards the group, hitting one and narrowly missing the other.

A 29-year-old man faces several charges: two counts of assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and possession of stolen property, along with several drug offences.

A 33-year-old woman is charged with two counts of attempted murder, pointing a firearms, several weapons charges, assault, and uttering threats, among other things.
