It’s a busy day in downtown Wallaceburg. 
The Wallaceburg BIA is presenting its 2nd Farmers Market today, and summer student Madeline Button says the last market was a huge success.
“
We were all shocked by how many people showed up. It was amazing. The vendors had no clue – many of them sold out very early because they didn’t know the community would support us that much”, says Button.
The market is taking place from 9am-2pm today in the old Liquidation World parking lot.

Another big event is happening downtown today – WallyFest is back for its second year, and along with inflatables and activities, there will also be vendors.
It’s taking place on James Street in downtown Wallaceburg.
