Today marks the 24th annual Chatham-Kent Farm Safety Day.
More than 100 kids are expected to take par taking part in today’s event at the University of Guelph Ridgetown Campus, which includes various demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
The day is geared towards both rural and urban kids between the ages of 5 and 12, covering a number of topics including chemical and fire safety, grain safety, and proper bike riding techniques.
