Local residents are being given an inside look at work being done at the Chatham-Kent Hospice.
Interim Executive Director Denise Dodman says a community impact open house is being held this evening.
“We’d like to show those who have donated so generously what their dollars have provided,” Dodman says. “It’s been an incredible resource to our community, and we really want to show people what’s happened at Chatham-Kent Hospice this past year, the impact they’ve had.”
As many as 211 people have received end-of-life care at the Chatham facility over the past year.
Tonight’s open house runs from 4-7pm at the Active Lifestyle Centre in Chatham.
