A Chatham man is facing charges after touching himself at a local ball diamond.
Chatham-Kent Police say the man was at Sterling Park during a women’s softball practice around 6:30 last night.
Witnesses spotted the man inappropriate touching himself and called police.
When approached by officers, he gave a fake name.
The 34-year-old is charged with indecent acts and obstructing police.
