Charges have been laid following a single-vehicle crash that forced the closure of a section of 401 near Tilbury. 
Shortly before 10 yesterday morning, a transport hauling auto parts rolled on the County Road 42 westbound on-ramp.
The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
It took clean-up crews several hours to get the highway reopened.
