Damages are pegged at over $15,000 after a two vehicle collision in Chatham last night.
According to police, emergency crews were called to the crash on Queen Street and Sunnyside Ave around 8pm.
Through investigation, it was suspected that the driver who caused the crash was driving under the influence. He was taken to police headquarters for testing, but he refused to give a breath sample.
The 43-year-old Chatham man is being charged with impaired and dangerous driving and refusing a breath test.
