Charges have been laid following yet another transport crash on the 401 through Chatham-Kent.
Provincial Police say a westbound commercial vehicle lost control near Merlin Road around 9:15 last night, coming to rest in the ditch.
No one was hurt.
The driver, a 25-year-old PEI resident, has been charged with careless driving.
The westbound lanes were shut down for about an hour and a half as crews cleared the scene.
