Impaired driving charges have been laid against a Tecumseh man after being pulled over by Chatham-Kent OPP.
Officers clocked the accused going over 140 km/h near Orford Road on Saturday afternoon, but after speaking to the driver, became suspicious that he may have been drinking.
The 48-year-old was taken to the Chatham detachment for further tests, and released with a December first court date.
