Chatham-Kent’s Public Works Department has some repair work to do, thanks to a group of vandals in Tilbury.
According to Crime Stoppers, a group of suspects threw chunks of broken asphalt at the salt storage facility back on November 10th, ripping holes in the tarp roof.
