A Windsor-area company is investing $6-million dollars in the Bloomfield Business Park.
According to a statement by the Municipality today, IATGlobal is planning on building a 47,000 square foot facility by the summer of 2018.
Aleen Ahamed, President and CEO of The Regency Group, which owns IATGlobal, says “The Bloomfield Business Park was the perfect location given the exposure to Hwy 401, availability of land, soil conditions and due diligence assistance provided by the municipality”, and that their company already employs 39 people locally through NH Global Design Inc.
Officials with the municipality say that the Bloomfield Business Park, as a result of this sale, now has 23 acres of development, with another 73 acres remaining.
