If you’re looking to finish your Christmas shopping this weekend, look no further than downtown Dresden.
The first outdoor Dresden Christmas Night Market is happening tonight, featuring local vendors, food, Christmas music, a custom hot chocolate & coffee bar, and music.
Dresden BIA Chair Christal Wills says the downtown businesses are participating as well.
“Each business is responsible for the gift they are giving away that night. They are doing ballots so you have to go in to fill out the ballots, we have a new business Ooh La La is giving away a pajama set, Babcock Jewelers giving away a necklace, McKellers flowers is doing the Thomas Kinkade special this year and a $25 gift certificate. Driftwood spa has two $70 gift baskets,” says It’s unlimited. You can get your Christmas shopping done with the three draws.”
The festivities start at 5 this evening and go until 9, and are sponsored by Dresden Ready Mix and Gateway Casinos.
