A 50 acre parcel of land in Chatham could soon be developed into housing. 
The property in question is off of Bear Line Road near the French Catholic school.
A total of 11 single detached properties would be built, along with 69 semi-detached buildings.
The plan is slated for approval at council on Monday.
No word on when construction could start.
