A 36-year-old Windsor man is being charged with multiple offences, after losing control of his vehicle on the 401 near Merlin Road.
Chatham-Kent OPP say around 8:00pm on Wednesday, officers were called to a single vehicle crash in the centre median of the highway.
After speaking with the driver, officers say they found that he was driving while under the influence.
Through investigation, the man is facing several charges, including driving without a license or valid license plates, possession of stolen property, and impaired driving.
