A local woman will be in court next month to face charges after a shoplifting incident at Walmart.
Store security spotted the accused in the automotive section of the St. Clair Street store yesterday afternoon, taking a jump starter kit.
The 49-year-old was stopped by security outside, and held in custody until police could arrive.
The kit, which was later found hidden in the woman’s purse, is valued at about $110.
