A Chatham-Kent Police officer is in the running for a provincial award.

For the second time in as many years, Constable Amy Finn has been nominated for the Police Association of Ontario’s Hero of the Year award.

Nominations are open to any member of an Ontario police force, excluding Toronto Police and the OPP, and 911 dispatchers.

This year’s winner will be announced on May 7th at the PAO’s annual general meeting in London.
