The annual Big Bike fundraiser kicks off today, raising money for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

The 29-seat bike will be making the rounds through downtown Wallaceburg until 8 o’clock tonight.

It’s the first of seven stops in Chatham-Kent over the next week and a half, with other events in Chatham, Tilbury, and Blenheim.

The Wallaceburg route begins at the Black Goose, running along James Street to Margaret, across the Murray Street Bridge, down Gillard to McNaughton, and back to James.

Motorists can expect some minor delays throughout the day.
