Once again this year dragons have taken over the Sydenham River. The annual Dragon Boat Festival has brought out big crowds to downtown Wallaceburg to cheer on their favorite teams.
Organizer Brian Armitage admits the weather was a little cold on the water this year but the participants enjoyed themselves.
He added they had more local content this year with teams from The Oaks Retirement Home in Wallaceburg and the Waterville plant taking part for the first time.
