Two transport drivers have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a cross-over collision on the 401.
Earlier this morning, a transport crossed the centre median and collided with another truck.
Both drivers have been taken to hospital.
Meantime, both east and westbound lanes remain closed between Queens Line and Essex Road 42- according to the OPP, it could take up to six hours for the highway to fully reopen.
