Lambton OPP have now released the name of the victim in Saturday mornings fatal crash near Sombra.
A car left the road and went into the St. Clair River.
Police have now confirmed 69 year old Parvez Sheikh of Windsor was the lone occupant of the vehicle.
The investigation is complete and police say foul play is not suspected.
