Lambton and Huron County OPP are looking into the drowning death of a Toronto-area man Saturday afternoon in Lake Huron.
Emergency officials were called to an address on Bluewater Highway in South Huron around 6 pm.
They say a man had been swimming with friends and family when he went under.
He was located and pulled to shore but efforts to resuscitate were unsuccessful.
Twenty-nine year old Kane Rodricks of Mississauga was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy will take place on Monday.
