Charges have been against an OPP officer. 
Few details about the case are being released, although Middlesex OPP say the investigation involves an off-duty police officer.
Constable Darko Darkov, who has been with the force for seven years, is charged with criminal harassment, mischief, and being unlawfully in a house.
The officer has been suspended with pay, and will be in court at a later date to face the charges.
