Keeping CK Residents Warm This Winter

Operation Cover Up is once again underway in Chatham-Kent to make sure everyone stays warm this winter.

The Salvation Army is running the program after taking over the reins from the United Way in 2017.

Captain Karen Holland says they need all sizes and styles.

Donations can be dropped off at any Salvation Army Thrift Store in Chatham, Wallaceburg, Ridgetown, Jiffy Lube on Keil Drive in Chatham, and the Tilbury Help Centre.

The coats will be collected until October 27th, then dispersed from the 29th to October 17th.

Those looking to get a coat will need to get a coupon from the Salvation Army’s family services offices in Chatham, Wallaceburg, Ridgetown, and Blenheim.
