Chatham-Kent police were called to a home in Wallaceburg last night when a man refused to leave.
Police asked him nicely and he still wouldn’t leave so they tried to arrest him.
The man resisted, so they used what they refer to as their conductive energy weapon..we call it a taser.
That changed the man’s mind so he was carted off to jail, charged with failing to leave premises, and assault with intent to resist arrest.
He was later released with a future court date later this month
