The Chatham-Kent Hospice is celebrating the success of its most recent fundraiser.
The second ‘Handbags for Hospice’ event at the Portuguese Club in Chatham last month sold out, raising a record setting $22,000.
Since opening in April 2016, Chatham-Kent Hospice has served over 510 families and receives no annual government support for the facility’s day-to-day operational needs.
