Police are charging a 62-year-
old Sarnia woman in connection with a fatal crash on London Line in October.
According to OPP two vehicles collided on the busy road when the woman failed to keep her lane and struck an oncoming pickup truck.
The passenger in the truck, and 82-year-old St. Clair Township woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Charges include criminal negligence and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
