A 65 year old woman is in a Windsor hospital following a single vehicle crash on Park Avenue in Chatham Saturday afternoon.
CK police say the car struck a display sign at Park and Queen.
The driver was initially taken to Chatham-Kent Health Alliance before being transported to Windsor.
The extent of her injuries are unknown.
