Today marks the final day for dog owners in Chatham-Kent to pick up their 2019 municipal dog tags.
Tags are required for any dog over the age of four months, and can be purchased at the Civic Centre or any Municipal Service Centre.
The fee is $28 for dogs that are spayed or neutered, or $38 for a non-altered dog.
Guide dogs and service dogs are exempt from the fee.
Municipal service centres are open until 4:30 this afternoon.
Starting Monday, any tags purchased will be subject to a $10 late charge.
