CK Receiving $3.8M for Community Housing

The PC government is rolling out funding to support community housing across Ontario.

The recently announced Community Housing Renewal Strategy has earmarked $3.8-million for Chatham-Kent.

Another $16.2-million will be going to the Windsor, Essex, and Leamington areas.

MPP Rick Nicholls says the funding will help the most vulnerable in our community, and the province is committed to working with non-profit groups to address issues like safety, overcrowding, and long wait lists.
