Chatham-Kent Police arrested a man late Friday night after a concerned citizen tipped them off.
The man was walking through a neighborhood wearing dark clothing and walked up the driveway to a house that did not belong to him.
Police arrived and he was arrested and charged with trespass by night. A subsequent search of the man turned up drugs.
The 36 year old Chatham man was taken into custody and later released with a court date.
