Charges have been laid against a man accused of stealing plants from Walmart.
Chatham-Kent Police say the suspect was spotted around 2:30 this morning, nabbing potted plants from the Wallaceburg store.
He was tracked down a short time later on Lowe Street, pulling a cart with 19 pots of assorted vegetables and herbs.
The 50-year-old was arrested and released with a future court date.
