Three people are being inducted into the Kent County Agricultural Hall of Fame.
The committee has chosen two men and one woman who ‘have provided a positive influence on agriculture in the Chatham-Kent community and beyond’.
This year, Dr. Norman Bradner is being recognized for his work in private soybean breeding in Canada.
Dianne Flook from Raleigh Township is being honoured for advocating sustainable farming.
Dr. Peter Sikkema is being recognized as a world leader in the field of weed science.
The trio will be inducted on November 19th at Country View Golf Course.
