An accused drunk driver has been taken off the roads.
Chatham-Kent Police spotted a vehicle weaving around on Wheatley Road yesterday afternoon.
Authorities say the vehicle was clocked going over 120 km/hr in an 80 km/hr zone, and almost struck another vehicle while trying to pass.
The driver was pulled over and taken to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 54-year-old Tilbury man has been charged with impaired driving and driving while disqualified.
