Chatham-Kent police got an assist from Canadian Border Services. 
They tell us nearly year ago, a 48 year old man was released and one of the terms was he could not contact a woman. Within a month he had tried to call her.
Saturday night, police got a call from the CBSA saying he had been picked up trying to cross into the U. S.
Local officers have since returned him to Chatham-Kent, where he was put behind bars.
