The Lord Selkirk Bridge will be open to pedestrian traffic, and boat traffic, but not car traffic this weekend.
With WAMBO kicking off tomorrow, municipal spokesperson Mark McFadden says the hours of operation will be posted for people to see.
“The hours will be Friday 6-10pm and Saturday 8am-10pm. All over hours the bridge will be open to boats only,” says McFadden. “The hours will posted at the bridge and municipal lot ‘D’. It can also be found on the municipal construction website. Due to the current state of construction, it won’t be open to vehicular traffic.”
All other hours the bridge will be open to boat traffic only.
