Community Living Chatham-Kent is recognizing three local causes.
The organization wants to say thank you to Ursuline College’s Student Council for a donation of money collected from their ‘Dress Down Days’.
It’s through donations like that Community Living can make a difference for more than 550 people in the community.
People Like Wallaceburg’s Olivia Formosa. The four year old has fought brain cancer for the last two years, and is partially paralyzed. Her family will receive $1000 to help purchase medical equipment.
Also getting some help is the Community Cares Christmas dinner on Dec 1st. The annual event, hosted by Brent and Tammy Ripley, feeds 600 people and will get $500.
